Therapy is a confidential space that can help you explore and better deal with difficult issues that present themselves in your life. It helps to increase your self-awareness and personal freedom by providing you with the opportunity to better understand your behaviours, feelings, and thoughts. Therapy also gives you the chance to recognise how your childhood relationship patterns are affecting you today, and empowers you to change them to more mature and authentic ways of relating.

Although I have been primarily trained in the person-centred, cognitive-behavioural, and psychodynamic approaches, as an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist I adapt my way of working to what your needs are.
